All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days after they are placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location. The following are general guidelines:

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

6. Missed or Lost Deliveries

6.1 Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details. Maasabeh is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at [Insert Contact Information]. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Maasabeh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.

6.3 Missed Deliveries
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are not available, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier for redelivery or pickup. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.

7. Package Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items, and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] We will assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Area Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside Bangladesh . Please check our shipping availability during checkout, as some regions may have restrictions based on the product or delivery services.
